At around lunch time (13:17 pm), went to Sunnypark to withdrew money (Capitec Atm), but the machine kept telling the transaction cancelled twice, then I went to the consultant and tell her (Kagiso) about my problem, and she said the machine does not have R300 and then I said why the machine in not telling me that it does not have R300 notes, and she said "? dont manufacture Atm machines". I asked her why is she giving me attitudes she continue telling me and I nearly hit because way she was so disrespectful towards me. then the question is this how you taught her when it comes to customer care?
