Om the 16th of march my balance was R30 946.74.i did the transaction of R13 500 at UFO south gate the same i withdraw R1000 at the atm my balance came to R16 446, 74.
on the 18th of march went to mall to withdraw R200 the balance went to R16 246.74.On the 20/03/2013 00H11 i did a card purchase of food that cost R32.60 the balance went R14 746, 74 that's where i got surprised how could my balance be R14 746.74 cause my balance should be R16 211.12..i decided Standard bank help line spoke to abel who advice that he could not see the R1500 transaction which amazed me how come he could see the latest transaction but not the R1500 one the told me to get a bank statement to see what happend. I thought was system problems then waited for a day to call back, when i called i spoke to a lady who said the same as Abel.i went to get the statement on the 21/03/2013.according to the statement there's transaction made of R1500 on 16/03/2013 05H43 which i don't know off.if i withdrawal that money how possible can i withdrawal another R1000 successfully while my daily limit is R1500.i went to the Standard bank to get the issue solved was told its an error not a the decided to close my ca
