Standard Bank were money is chewed

I deposited money into my standard bank account, about R640 at the ATM on the 29th of April 2013. To my surprise when I went to check the money on Tuesday 30th of the same month the balance was R14, 99.I went to standard bank in midrand the boulders to check why is that, I was told prepaid providers took the money, I do not owe any one any money even a cent why would prepaid providers take my money who gave them permission to do that? Again standard bank consultant failed to give me the details of those prepaid providers, instead I was given a ref number#5311083 & I was told that the money will be reversed in three working days, I waited for more than three working days no call no money in my account. After a week I was called by one of standard bank consultants whom I did not record his name telling me the money has been withdrawn at diggars eating house that's where I checked the balance but not money was withdrawn, he also gave me the ref#53015185. I went to the bank & enquire statement on the statement there is no place where it shows diggar's eating house withdrawal. Infect standard bank has eaten my money, I want my money I'm a student so please return my money.
