I have been a loyal customer to standard bank since 2007 but they decid to betray me! On the 20 march I withdraw the money frm pure savings account, whn I got the slip my money was short of 1000 on my account! Decide to go inside the bank where I was told by an assistant that I withdraw the money saturday 16march in sandtond I told the assistant that I was not around sandton that date and time she's telling me I withdraw the money that's when she said I must report which I did I was told that is gonna take 3working days to investigate, I was issued a new card. On monday 25 I got sms telling that they send me sms to tell me its gonna take 10working days to investigate. I called the enquaries the lady I spoke to told me that its a process! As if the matter was not enough its was my pay day I withdraw the money and the was a balance of 1000 4 debit orders today 26March went to check the balance frm the new card the was not showing my balance on the student archever account only showe the pure save one only so I was put the old 1 got swallon by machine&the was deposit frm my father didn't even show! What else does standard bank want frm me? M not a multi millioner 4 sake! Please
