Available Bank Balance Not Correct

Hello, I made a cash deposit on Saturday 1 June at the teller of the Main Branch in Oudtshoorn. Yesterday I went to withdraw money, as I needed to make payments yesterday that was urgent, my actual balance shows the correct amount but my money available shows R0 to withdraw! I went to the Standard Bank Branch Enquiries, the bank is far from my home so it cost me gas money, when I got there I had to stand in a long cue, only to be helped by a lady who says the branch does not work with the envelopes that are deposited, people from George do it, and it takes 2 working days I should look tomorrow (2013/06/04), well this morning I logged on to my internet banking site, and it still shows actual amount which is correct but not the money to withdraw so I cannot withdraw money my balance shows R0 but the amount that I deposited is in? Yesterday I also lodged a complaint via the Standard Bank website customer relations, stating in the complaint that I URGENTLY NEED HELP, well I received no reply, only until this morning, a automated response! not helping me at all, only says that my complaint has been received. I am very disappointed that I opened a account and receive no service. Help!
