My insurance is through FNB Brokers. This month I was debited double my monthly premium. I called in to find out what was happening and they found their mistake. I was asked to please send them a Non Reversal letter which I sent on 31 July 2013. I have still not received my reversal and cannot get to speak to accounts as they do not take calls from customers. I have had to follow up on my own and still have no idea when my funds will be reversed. I have made it very clear that I require the funds urgently but still nothing has been done. It has been 6 days already and have still not received any refunds!!! I called in again at 13:15 today and was told that their supervisor will contact me. It has been an hour now and no phone call received yet.
Who do I speak to to get this resolved??? I can't believe that such a big organization cannot process such a simple request efficiently and feedback to the customer on the status of the query!! I need my funds by end of business tomorrow, 07 August 2013.
I have email communication to prove my case, all calls are recorded on your side to double check. I will take to Twitter and Facebook should I still not have my funds tomorrow!
