So I go out of my way to try sit down with one of your financial advisors
I first called Carlswold last week thursday to make an appointment, I was told that I don't need to make an appointment, I was advised tht I should just come in, they work first come first serve, I asked if I can come in Saturday, they said yes, I get there Saturday morning, wait until they open, when I get in they tell me there are no advisors there I should go to boulders.
I get to boulders, no advisors, they give me the number of the advisor, I call him and make an appointment for 03.08.2013 9:00, I call to confirm today and he tells me he forgot that he has a class tomorrow, refers me to carlswold guy, he says he is fully booked.
One advisor per branch.
I'm just saying I cancelled everything I had planned for tomorrow to go to this appointment,
