Had an appointment with Investment Advisor early November. When I arrived told he was on leave. He didn't respond to emails so I phoned and was told he had left the company. Why was I to when I came for my appointment?
Now 3 weeks later. Surely clients should be advised as we have our money invested and need to know it is in safe hands?
Phoned Call Center for Head of the Branch Investment Advisors in Joburg after wasting 20 minutes they were unable to help.
