Still waiting for appointment, one week late

On Thursday last week I went to standard bank Wonderpark to make an appointment with the prestige banker. I must admit I took a chance hoping I'd get an appointment that day which really was far fetched on my part. I was told she was not available but i could book an appointment through the inhouse phone. After holding for more than ten minutes I decided I would have better luck if I e-mailed her which I did. There has not been a response and nobody has been in touch. On Tuesday the sixth I went to the branch and was told she's fully booked. What do I have to do to get an appointment? Is this prestige banking? Mind you, I pay for this service and it. I might as well go and queue just like everybody does, or better still take up Nedbank on their offer.
