I made an appointment for Saturday the 4th of April 2013 at 14:00.
I was then called by a lady on who said they could not honour the appointment as they were double booked. I then made an appointment for the following Saturday 10 April at 12:00.
When I got there I found my name was not on the appointment book and everyone was amazed that I had made a weekend booking as they are very busy.
I then made ANOTHER appointment for today at 5pm. This time I ensured my name was on the appointment book. I told them that I would probably arrive a little later than that as I worked till 5. The lady said she would wait.
When I phone now at quarter to 5 I am told that they are very busy and 5pm is too late.
