Debit oreder going off from my accout

I called African Bank yesterday 26.03.2013 - spoke to an advisor called Mandy, I confirmed with her if there will be any debit orders coming off my account from African bank yesterday, she said no, the next debit order will go through on the 26.04.2013- I even asked her if she was sure about this and she said yes.

To my suprise deductions went off from my account last night from African bank -
I called African Bank this morning for an expalination and to my shock I was given attitudes by 2 advisors (Jeffery Ndou and Simphiwe) who after they could not help me I asked to speak to a manager/supervisor - they kept me holding for long periods and eventually both dropped the phone in my ear.
I called again for the 3rd time spoke to Tumi Pasha - I told her what had happened with the 2 advisors and that i wanted to speak to a manager/supervisor - she said they were busy in a meeting and i requested a call back with in 2 hours of which she could not promise me.
I am very dissapointed with African bank and their advisors -
1. It seems as if I was given incorrect financial advice by an advisor who is suppose to fais compliant and accredited.
2 The attitude of the advisors.
