Poor service

I have been waiting almost a month to get an appointment at FNB to open a trust account. There are only ONE person in the branch that are able to assist and she is very busy all the time. After 3 weeks I got an appointment but they had a problem with a document and I had to rectify that and make a new appointment. I received the correct document and phoned them again this morning but they can only help me next week Friday. When I said it's ok I will go to the Welkom branch they moved my appointment to Tuesday very reluctantly.
