Disappointing service

I have been communicating with Mary Dikobe regarding a property in Yeoville and made an appointment thru her to see the flat this morning at 8:30 when arriving there I am told I need to call the guy called Sam who has the key to the flat as the bank had appointed him to open the flat if anyone wants to view it, so I called him from my cell and he tells me he is in Pretoria and will not be coming to Joburg until Friday I must make an appointment for Friday. When I call Mary she tells me it is not her full time job and she has not checked her emails so she did not make the appointment, I must call Sam an make an appointment with him, but what I do not understand is why does Mary put her name on the advert when she is not handling the appointments. It unexeptable.
