For the second time, Discovery Life calls me, offers me new products, I agree, set up an appointment, freed up tme in my schedule, and on the eleventh hour both advisors have cancelled on me. I'm not sure how your Discovery Life functions, but approaching me to sell me a product (a product which I did in fact need and would have taken up), and then being "stood up" by your advisors, is not the way Discovery advisors need to conduct themselves.
The last time, last year, Wynand De Wet, stood me up and then promised to get back to me, that never happened I ended up getting a policy with Sanlam.
This time, because I was looking for more cover and would have liked to couple it to my Discovery Health policy, Nicolaas Loots, stood me up and I am now convinced that other institutions would serve me better.
