REQUEST NOT DONE!!!

I recently opened a standard bank access and access savings account.
about 2 months ago i gave the 7 day notice period for my access savings account. on the 7th day i checked my account and the money was not available.
i went back to the bank and explained this to them and they said the money is available that i had to go to the atm and select access save account and withdraw the money.
which i did but there was no option for access save. i went BACK to the bank a 3rd time and explained to the lady AGAIN! and she said very casually that my card was not linked to the access save account. wich they did not explain that it had to me done.
PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY THIS WAS NOT DONE AT THE OUTSET???
further from this incident i went to the bank last weekend to give notice on my acces save account and told the lady at the LA LUCIA branch that i wanted to canel the debit that was going from my access account to my access save account.
only for the 30th to arrive and the moneyy was debited out of my access into my access save!!!
WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO GET THINGS DONE AT STANDARD BANK??? I AM FURIOUS AND I WANT TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT!
