POOR AND UNSAFE BANKING, DISAPPOINTED

I was using E card for my wages and also for fix saving, i arranged with the bank to deduct a certain amount every Thursday, on March this year i realised that the bank stopped deducting money for fix saving, on t he 22 March 2013 i went to enquire, i was told the bank stopped the fix saving system and introduced the access banking, without informing me, i now use 2 acc no (acess saving and for my wages) i agreed to transfer R3100 to access save from fix saving & asked the bank to continue to deduct R250 every week from access to access save, i only noticed that the bank didnt deduct the money when i was going to put a notice on the19 July, they told me i didnt have money saved because i was sharing an account with somebody else, and the money i thought was mine was actually for the person they told me i share an account with, so they had to reverse the money, im so disappointed with the service i got from standard bank, as i was saving the money so i can buy building material, will never trust standard bank
