My access account was debited with R2000. The transfer was from my access account to my access account. I called the call centre and I was informed that if you owe money to them they can debit your account. I have payment arrangements in place and have not absconded from my commitments.
This is my money, my account! Ion top of this I am billed with a R25 bank charge for this transaction. I did not authorize this payment!!! I did not even receive an sms that a transfer from my account occurred. It must be reversed immediately or else I will close all my accounts I have with Standard Bank.
