A month ago I had a complaint about a debit order which went through my account with no authorisation, I went into the branch, waited in line for a long time, did a stop payment and paid for it, guess what!? It went through again, none of the efforts made paid off. The stop payment is on file, I could see it, my account was still debited with the exact amount! I did try the bank first, but since that obviously did not help, let's see if this helps!
