I have applied for finance at Capitech bank some weeks ago. The application process was fine and they debited my account successfully until I had to increase the loan amount. The amount was approved and paid, but the debiting of my account was an absolute shambles.

Originally I requested that the debit order goes off on the 26th of each month but I was informed by Ntsikelelo that they can't do this but I don't have to worry because the debit order system tries for three days from the 24th of each month. Which prooved not to be true. Low and behold I get paid on the 26th of last month and I get nasty sms telling me I missed the payment date.

I email Ntsikelelo informing him to change the date and re-debit. Needless to say I get emails confirming that I'll get re-debitted but nothing happens. Twice the "" from billing/accounts phone me and twice they take my details, which is also on file, and unsuccessfully debit my account, which has more than enough funds. Now they expect me to goto a branch and re-submit my bank statements. I live in Hartbeespoort where there are no Capitec branch and I will not go to and submit information that's on file already. Fix your own mistakes!!!
