2ND REQUEST TO STOP FRAUDIANT TRANSACTIONS

This is now my 2nd and last attempt to stop AUTUPAGE from debiting money from any of my bank accounts. You have now for the 4th time debited my account in any combination of amounts you please, and to date the return of these debit orders cost me in excess of R1000 which I demand a refund from. You made an allegation that this debit is in respect of an outstanding balance forthcoming from 2010 of which I provided you with adequate proof of payment that the amount in question were paid at the time.

I instruct you to stop debiting my account immediately.
I demand a refund of all my bank costs of returned transactionas as a result of your non stop debiting of my account

This incident will not be left here this time, as you now have been given a final warning to stop your unethical debiting of peoples accounts WITHOUT PROPER APPROVAL. This is as I have in no way authorized you to debit this or any amount for that matter from my bank account.
