I am a Prestige Banker with Standard Bank, I had a unauthorized stop order come off my account the end of May. When going into the Tokai branch i was informed its not a stop order but a payment to a vendor? Now its nearly a week later, no on has phoned me as I was promised... Today a different amount to the same stop order came off... Now what i would like to know is if its a payment... Then how come its coming through as a stop order on my phone?? And who is using my card while i am sleeping??? I have all my cards in my possession?? As that payment came off during the night... When my ADT debit order comes off my account it states STOP ORDER on my phone... Then why is this mysterious STOP ORDER treated as PAYMENT??? It is not a payment... the amounts have both cents at the end.. We do not work with a 5c anymore.. Is the amount not rounded off... Someone is taking my money and the bank is treating it as a payment i had made... WHICH I HAVE NOT!!! I was offered this amazing package by PRESTIGE BANKING, when opening this account?? But what are you actually doing for me.. Should I take my business else where???
