STOP debiting my account!

I paid my smart spend loan on 21/10/2013 for the amount of R14, 753.88 and the settlement agreement clearly states that my LAST debit order date was on 25/09/2013. So I paid my settlement and FNB is still taking my money? Can someone at FNB just work for the day and allocate my payment and stop taking my money! To think I wanted to switch from ABSA to FNB, well not anymore after this terrible service and no one gets back to me after faxing the settlement agreement along with my proof of payment and emailing FNB with again no feedback on my settlement or stopping my debit orders! I will be reversing the debit order and hopefully someone at FNB will decide to work for the day and allocate the payment and STOP taking my money! Please get this done today, I don't need to be paying bank charges to keep reversing YOUR mistakes!
