ACCOUNT SUSPENDED

Firstly you normally debit my account on the 2nd regardless of the fact that i made it the 1st of each month... anyway when I realized on the 4th of March that you had not yet debited my account, I made an EFT payment of R250 on the 5th. Then on the 7th at 09:39am I called in to confirm if it was indeed received, the consultant I spoke to confirmed the PMT of R250 was received. On the 12th I received an sms that I should pay R10, 40. Today I receive another Sms that my outgoing facility has been suspended and I should pay R259.40, why? as i look into my bank statement I realize you only tried to debit on the 6th after i have made the EFT pmt! why would you be charging me for an unpaid debit order when you were late yourselves to make the debit? then you request the R249 on top as if I made no payment at all? it is seriously annoying because I made all efforts to make sure I pay since you had not debited but now I'm being punished..fix your issues please and stop the inconvenience.
