Fnb has been really good to me, but im so disgusted coz Ive tried to stop a debit order, Firstly I called Fnb bedford the lady was so friendly and willing to help told her I need to stop a debit order then she said its easy I must Log in to my online banking and click to stop payment but an error showed up then she said I will have to call my branch they will be able to sort it out, she said its cheaper to do it online than going to the branch. I called my branch Eastgate the lady I spoke to was so rude, asking me why am I signing debit orders that I can t afford... Really was that necessary didn't even hear my version of the story. Now my account is on (-)because of this debit order. If this is not sorted I might as well open another account with the diff bank.
