I went to draw money yesterday or so I thought. When it was my turn, I received a decline message. I thought it was because I wanted to draw R5000 and therefore changed the amount to R3000. Once again it was declined. Upon going into the bank, I was informed that the ATM was empty and had to be stock up??? After about 30 minutes I went back. This time the ATM had money but I had to do two transactions to enable me to withdraw R5000.

I am not happy!!!
