I made an arrangement with VVM to pay them on the 1st of every month, which I have done via an automatic stop order on my FNB account. Nonetheless, I have received repeat phone calls saying that they have not received payment for 1 April. I have advised them of the exact date and time payment was made as well as the reference number used, and due to it being a stop order on my account there is no proof of payment. Why must I be harassed and potentially black-listed for non-payment due to your incompetence? Must I walk into your offices every month and stuff the cash in your hand for you to realise I've paid?
