I can honestly say I will NEVER deal with MFC or Nedbank ever again. I have been waiting over a week now for some response that they've received my payment to settle my full term on my car loan. I borrowed money so that I can close this account and no longer have the frustration and stress of dealing with MFC. I have sent urgent follow ups and they still not getting back to me. Why do i have to now waste my time and call yet again which takes at least 30mins of holding and then asking 5 million security questions when if they just responded to my email correspondence it could all be avoided. Every time I've needed anything I've had to wait for days. Service standards are shocking and they never get back to you. After opening my account in Feb with my proof of address etc they then send me a statement a few months later with an address where I lived 6 years ago. When I called to query I had to go to the bank and re proove where I lived, which took a good 30 mins of my time. Ridiculous!!
