I have a credit card and RCP loan with Std Bank. I went into arrears for 2 months about 12 - 18 months ago. I settled the arrears amount but on my trans union report. It still shows that I am in arrears. I have now waited for more than 3 months for the STD bank to fix this. I was told by the consultant that called me that I can settle this amount and get a discount. For both credit card and RCP loan. The service at the phoenix branch is terrible. Please call me after 1 pm. ONLY
