A week ago i went to nedbank walmer park to change my address. i was sent away to get the original from the landlord as i only had a copy.
i did that, went back and stood waiting to have my address changed.
after that i went to the next bank where my personal account is and did the same change there.
a week later im called by a consultant "sharmila" to tell me that unfortunately my address cannot be changed as the ORIGINAL lease that i took is not sufficient. apparently a lease that states its a month to month contract is not good enough.
fnb changed it for me with all the original documentation, then im told to draw a fnb statement with a fnb stamp on, with the new address on, then maybe it can be changed??? what is that??
now i must waste my diesel, my money on a statement, and my precious time to do all of this again.
maybe its time that i move my business account over to fnb as well
