Very disappointed with Nedbank

I have been using Ned bank for over 4 years was very happy with their service until, have a Personal Loan with them, Investment account and a transactor account. today i went to Ned bank west street for a copy of my 3 months bank statement to use a proof of address. I was told only the postal address appear no residential address, i was very surprise because i have been doing the same thing for over 4 years now all of a sudden it doesn't show my physical address. I was very upset as i took time off work to go and do this.

as a result i am closing my account, paying off the bank loan and cancelling my investment account with them.
