My car is in my father's name, I contacted the call center months ago asking for the email address to be changed. They wouldn't help me as the account is not in my name, which i can understand. They needed my father to verify this. I asked him to contact MFC directly. They then said we need to send an email to [Email Removed] which i did. I have done this twice and have not received a response. MFC doesn't even have a return email system which informs clients that the email has been received. Why is there not a customer service website so clients can log on and view their car finance statement in real time?
I have not received a statement in months. Very frustrating, as I don't know how much is still owed, what is outstanding, or whether the payments are being received.
