Bonolo was excellent when she answered mycall this

I called this morning to report that my car registrations were captured incorrectly on the policy documents and i was assisted by Bonolo. She is very good on her job, has customer care skills and could also explain some important information which the other call centre consultants did not provide me with yesterday when i took up the policy. She is great with customers and very patient and passionate about her job, seems to be enjoying what she is doing and i will definetely employ her in my company/business. She is a great asset for miway and the compant needs more people with positive attitudes like her.
