Card paid off, but judgement on ITC

My card was paid off, all outstanding costs, as per a settlement amount confirmed telephonically with a call centre agent.

When I drew my ITC enquiry I was informed of a Bad Debt Written Off with a zero balance.

There is nobody at Discoverycard that seems to be able to assist, I keep on getting referred to someone else, who is just as useless.

TAKE ME OFF ITC!!! It's been two years since my settlement of the account, in terms of the National Credit Act this will anyway have had to be taken off already.
