Unable to access Internet Banking

I changed my cellphone device yesterday at Capitec in Vangate successfully. When i tried logging into my internet banking, i generated a token on my cellphone and upon entering it onto my pc it kept telling me incorrect token pin then it suspended me and advised me to visit my branch. I called the call centre to find some help only to be told they cant do anything and i have to go into the branch. So how does that help me if im working 12hour shifts for the next 3 days and i urgently need to transfer money online to my recipients.??? Which now means that i cant do these transfers and the people are going to be paid late. Its so inconvenient and im fuming with anger as im typing this. Isnt banking suppose to be simpler. It seems i have endless problems with Capitec and i havent been a happy customer since day 1. the only reason i have stayed with this bank is their low bank charges but w.r.t service an innovation it has dissapointed me time and time again. I hope my internet banking can be sorted out as its now not only an inconvenience to me but the recipients that now has to wait for their money.
