No Internet banking

I opened a CAPITEC Global One savings account, on the 23rd of Sept 2013 i was told that internet banking was activated on my account, but i cannot access the internet because i wasn't given a username and password i went into the branch today Vaal Mall i was given token 293 but this was during my lunch i didn't have time to wait
