Nightmare moving to Capitec

I have banked with FNB and Nedbnak for years and decided to make a change to Capitec. Trying to open this account i have had nightmares. Opened at Galleria branch and couldnt set up internet banking cause they were closing. Went to pavilion branch to set it up then consultant puts wrong cell number and i have to go back to branch in my lunch break and get assistance.
Then today i try download from my phone, having a few problems call the call centre and the attitude stinks. Now my entire internet banking is suspened and i must now go back to the branch as though i sit on my behind all day just waiting to go to the branch. I have a token password used it and it worked when im trying to create beneficeries ask for this token password which i do and it locks ..I am not willing to go into a branch to sort this out. If that is the case consider this account closed.

Internet banking is so simple with other bank please Capitec get with the program...
