We have been a client of wesrand for years now and lately ive noticed that we havent received any documentation or statements on our car finance for the last 6-12 month, We want to know what is happening on our account and even settle this account maybe... Why arent we allowed to reconcile our own account... this is rediculous!!! unexceptable...
