Internet Token at Capitec Bank

I am Capitec customer and i use internet and cell phone banking for most of my transaction, I heard that if you have a smart phone I can add app on my phone so that i can access my internet banking via phone. and I wont need token to access my internet. I went to the bank with my token, i told the lady my Nokia Lumia don't support most of things. So he should try it if it don't work i will continue with my token. after she downloaded it was not compatible with my phone. She told me I will be charged replacement fee for new token. I told her my token is not lost or damaged and I was never told if it don't work I will have to pay. So I told her I refuse to pay because I was not told before continuing with the services and capitec could have told me which fones that are not working with their app. And I had to pay If i can load the app. I have lodge compliant with their complain line on Friday i was told their will get back to me within 48hrs. No one come back to me i phoned the complain line again on Monday i was told they will do follow up and come back to me. up to now i had no call from them... Reference for call centre 8467576 and 8491179. I cant access internet banking...
