I believe that Capitec wants to maintain a name for themselves and provide great service and keep charges low. My first complaint is that for the second time in a period less than a month more than R80 has just vanished out of my account.

2nd complaint is that your mobile and internet banking is not very convenient. I do not understand why airtime is needed for mobile banking when its not needed with any other bank. Why is it only possible to transfer money to other capitec bank users and why is it not linked to my internet banking.

Capitec spends so much money on training people at firm every two weeks, yet it seems some of the employees aren't sure of what they are doing. If only their concentration was set on making Capitec a success instead of having endless parties your service ratings will increase.

My greatest concern is where my money has dissapeared to.
