Useless Internet Banking

It really dissappoints me the fact that Capitec advertises about Simplified Banking, but wait, when I opened the account I was registered for Internet Banking and all, but I cant use it to date. I am using a BlackBerry Z10 and their Internet banking must be linked to an app that you have to download on your phone and if you dont have it you cant use it. What a flaw and very out dated system? First of all they advertise that people with Apple iOS 7.0 can use it and yet the BlackBerry 10 came before that software. Apparently the app is not compatible with my phone. I have an emergency right now, I cant transfer money and its needed urgently, on calling the call centre, a very rude lady, saying if I dont wanna use it then I must leave it. Can I please be able use the Internet Banking ASAP? I am out of the city area and dont have access to a bank, keeping in mind that Capitec has very limited branches or ATMS.
How do you deal with this???
