I went to Capitec Branch in Festival Mall on Sunday the 3rd of Feb. A friendly lady helped me, I thought at the time she was clued up on assisting me with my Internet banking. I told her that I have a new phone now and that i need the Token Generator link to be sent to my new phone, without this app i cannot access my Internet Banking. She ensured me that if i used my same old cell number that all would be fine. Wrong. I could't log in onto my Internet banking as the token generator needs a password. Why did the woman at the Branch not listen to me when i spoke to her?? Contacted the Call centre today: spoke to a rude lady who kept on asking how she was able to assist me, i told her that if she gave me a chance i would tell her what I wanted! Eventually i got to tell her, and i kept on reiterating that I work in Midrand and i am far from a bank here as i am in the industrial area. I also do not have a car and that I have not paid my rent or debts yet because of the Token Password Generator. She told me that she always sends everyone their passwords except for me? What is that about? If i have to pay penalty fees for not paying my rent or debts on time I'm sending the bill to you to you
