Deductions from bank account & Internet banking

Today, 05/08/2013, I have received a notification that money has been deducted of my bank account for bank charges. My question is WHY this time of the month and not when we get paid, i.e on the 25th of EVERY month? There was money in my account, enough left for JUST my rent and now I can't even pay my FULL rent because you have deducted money OFF my account for bank charges. I am also very unhappy with your internet banking login system, where as when I phone from the bank, your agents can assist me BUT when I phone from anywhere else BUT the bank your agents can't assist me. The system is also, in all honesty, for example the token part. Not even FNB OR ABSA has THAT and login profiles are secure. This token complikcates us to get to our internet banking, therefor, we can't logon to do transfers. Also, not everyone has airtime to be able ot access their tokens. Any alternative methods?
