On the 10th of December I accidentally deposited money into the Absa vehicle finance account. I have ever since been trying to reverse the transaction by contacting FNB's call centre. The agents keep transferring me from one person to another without getting a solution. One agent even told me that there was no such transaction!
I'm highly disappointed in FNB as it is my money sitting with ABSA and no one seems to care at all.
I need someone with a solution to please advice on my query.
