Pathetic liars: put me on normal platinum Cheque

Does fnb understand honesty? when I applied for my Cheque account I was informed if I'm a graduate in the medical or pharmacy sector I will qualify for a young professionals platinum account so they confirmed receiving all the necessary documents and my degree certificate and did open my account bit I realised that I hadn't been receiving my ebucks only to find out they are expecting that 16500 salary per month as the normal platinum accounts when I went to the branch to raise this they said I was on normal platinum and not young professionals and as dumb as whoever assisted me opened a normal platinum account instead of young professionals and they say on their system they have a record of my qualification status but are forever requiring proof each and every time now I had lost a lot of ebucks due to their fault and I urgently need them to make my account The young professionals add I don't want another new account I wanna retain my account number for my salary I'm on 081 303 8792. I would appreciate speedy service
