I have never been so irritated in my entire life!!! I bought a new car about 2 weeks ago, and obviously the bank forwards your details to possible insurers. The same day I bought the car I took insurance with NNA - who is great by the way - but MiWay doesn't seem to understand this. They have phoned me a total of 22 times and everytime I have asked them to stop calling me and take me off their system but to no avail. Got another call this morning. What level of stupid do you have working in your call centre that they are incapable of removing a number off your system or at least just making a note that you have called me. This definately quilifies as harrassment, so maybe I should just take legal action, since their are no pills for stupidity!!!
