Recently Nedbank and MFC merged. Having an old Nedbank account, the old address (my old address) merged with my current MFC Account. Now my MFC statement has the wrong address. I phoned the Call Centre, and they explained that I now have to go to the Police to do have a statement drawn up about my address. Then go into Nedbank to have my information updated. THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM!! They had the right address, and then changed it. They are not at all trying to meet me halfway.
