I requested a change of email address on all my nedbank accounts 2months ago,
I was advised by many customer consultants that the request was completed successfully.
On the 4th of December my homeloan account statement gets sent to the incorrect email address.
Why is it so difficult to get a simple task completed with NEDBANK?
