Paid for a service i did not receive

I tried out Wonga's services last month and was not to impressed as they did not deduct the money on the day specified. After multiple threatening mails and SMS they apologised saying it was a problem with there banking services. I tried there services again this month and i must say that I'm really not impressed, i applied on the 18th and arranged that i pay back on the 23rd. they only deposited the money on the 23rd as well as deducted the money and charged me all the fees for a service i did not receive. I think Wonga is misleading clients and i demand my money back
