No help with payment problems

FNB has changed their website and from then I can't pay anyone. I phoned The reds branch twenty times. no one can help me. I left a message for the branch manager to phone me but he does not. I pay more than R 1000 per month for bank charges just to go and draw expensive money and to drive to my creditors to pay them. The people at the bank are rude, incompetent and not disciplined. Why? Why? Why?
