Missing Payment

I made an online payment (R5000) from my Nedbank Credit card to a Standard bank bankaccount. When making this payment I left out one digit (the first one- the zero) on the recipient's account number. This payment was done 4 June 2012. I have visted the branch several times to report the missing payment and logged several calls with the helpdesk via the branch to get this money back from the Nedbank Holding account. I have produced the proof of payment several times which was send to the Nedbank helpdesk via the branch. Everytime the helpdesk calls me they want the proof of payment again. The last feedback from the helpdesk agent was that I should consult Std Bank to find the money @ Std Bank. The more I'm explaining that the money cannot be with Std Bank cause the bank account is invalid the more she argues with me and tell me to do as she is advising. I have opened another call a few weeks again which was halted again due to them looking for the proof of payment which was send to them by the branch in my presence.
Could someone please contact me to sort this issue out.
